What To Expect
During your treatment session, extremely thin acupuncture needles will be placed at strategic points on your body. The procedure is painless, and we always use premium disposable 100% stainless steel needles. An average session will last between 30-60 minutes.
When preparing for your acupuncture treatment, be sure to eat a healthy meal beforehand and dress in loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. For the best results with acupuncture treatments, it is best not to overexercise or consume alcoholic beverages right before or after your appointment.
